How to Get a Real Estate License in Massachusetts

Real estate classReady to start your real estate career?  It starts with getting your real estate license, but before you can get your real estate license there are certain requirements that you need to meet.  First is your age, you must be at least 18 years old and a US citizen.  In Massachusetts a 40 credit-hour course is required to be completed prior to taking the state exam.  This class can only be taught by board certified real estate schools.

To get a real estate license in Massachusetts candidates are required to complete a forty hour course in a physical classroom.   While the twelve-credit continuing ed course is allowed to be offered and completed online, the real estate license exam prep class can only be taken in a physical classroom setting.
