If you are an actively licensed real estate professional in the state of South Carolina, you have to complete 10 credit hours of continuing education by June 30th. We are excited to announce that we just made it a whole lot easier, more enjoyable, and more affordable to complete your continuing ed. The current Core/mandatory topic is a 4 credit hour course titled 3 P’s of Professionalism, which you can complete right here on this page. Let me explain…
Keep Me Certified is fully approved by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation – Real Estate Commission as a real estate school (License #1014).
All SC real estate agents and brokers (with few exceptions) are required to complete 10 credit hours of continuing education. During the 2019-2020 renewal cycle the mandatory topic is 3 P’s of Professionalism – a 4 credit hour course. The core curriculum (shown below) is provided by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission and we use it as our course outline.
Keep Me Certified also offers elective topics to fulfill the remaining 6 credit hours required to meet the 10 credit minimum. These elective topics include “Financing a Home: The New Rules” and “Code of Ethics: Updated Case Studies”. The Ethics course is especially relevant for licensees who are members of the National Association of Realtors because our course is produced from the NAR approved curriculum.
Keep Me Certified offers the full 10 credit course package and individual course topics that can be purchased individually.
