Keep Me Certified is now a fully approved online real estate school by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission<\/a> Office of Professional Licensure and Certification.<\/p>\n

Having educated more than 30,000 real estate agents and brokers across the United States, we are pleased to announce our expansion in to New Hampshire. Launching in New Hampshire gets us one step closer to our goal of building better training for all real estate professionals.<\/p>\n

New Hampshire Real Estate License Renewal Requirements<\/h3>\n

New Hampshire real estate agent and broker licenses expire every two years on the anniversary of their real estate license. All licensees are required to complete 15 credit hours of approved continuing education during the two years leading up to their renewal deadline aka expiration date. Three of the 15 credits must be the CORE topic and the remaining 12 credits can be electives. All 15 credit hours of continuing education can be completed online, on-demand, or live in person.<\/p>\n

Keep Me Certified offers all 15 credits, including the NH CORE course necessary for experienced real estate salespersons and brokers to satisfy their education requirement so they can renew their license for second and subsequent renewal period If it is your first renewal cycle, you are required to complete post-licensing requirements, which are different and can be found here<\/a>. Once you have completed the credits you need to renew your New Hampshire real estate license, you can renew your license online at the states online licensing portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

New Post-licensing requirements for newly licensed agents – Enforcement begins Feb 1, 2022<\/h4>\n

[New Post license requirements effective Oct 1, 2024 can be found here<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you initially obtained your New Hampshire real estate license on or after Feb 1, 2020, you are required to complete a post-licensing continuing education curriculum for just your first renewal cycle. If this is your second or subsequent cycle renewing your license, this post-licensing requirement does not apply to you. This new requirement also does not apply to individuals with broker licenses, just salespersons.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All required post-licensing courses (except the NH CORE) must be completed live in a classroom setting or live-online (Zoom). We do not currently offer the post-licensing courses for NH agents and brokers renewing their license for the first time, just the NH CORE course and the courses required for second and subsequent renewals.<\/p>\n

When can I start completing my continuing education?<\/h3>\n

You can start as soon as the day after you earn your license. Ultimately the 15 credits need to be completed by the date your license expires and most licensees wait until their license is just a few days to weeks away from expiring, but it doesn’t have to be that way. At Keep Me Certified, each student has access to their courses for one year from the date they register. You can stop and start at your convenience and you will receive a certificate of completion for each course you complete.<\/p>\n

Where can I start online continuing ed today?<\/h3>\n

To enroll and start one of our New Hampshire approved online continuing ed courses, visit us at nh.keepmecertified.com<\/a>. We offer all 15 course credits required for New Hampshire licensees who are renewing their license for the second, third, or subsequent time.<\/p>\n

Keep Me Certified is a fully approved New Hampshire real estate school, authorized by OPLC. We provide continuing education courses that include both CORE and Elective courses for NH real estate licensees. We are not currently offering the post-licensing courses that are required to be live, but we DO offer the continuing education courses you need for second and subsequent renewals.
