This post should clear up any confusion regarding whether CT Brokers and Agents can complete the mandatory topics in a self-paced format or if they have to be taught live (ie Zoom) during the current 2020-2022 Connecticut real estate license renewal cycle.<\/p>\n

We encourage you to review our article explaining the 2022 Connecticut Real Estate Continuing Education Requirements<\/a>, but to answer the question directly, yes, CT licensees can complete the mandatory topic online in an asynchronous (on-demand) format.<\/p>\n

This was first determined at the CT Real Estate Commission meeting held in November 2021 then reaffirmed at their subsequent Commission meeting held at the beginning of February 2022.<\/p>\n

Licensees have expressed concern about the mixed messages they have read online and received from their local board and\/or other schools, so we reached out directly to the Connecticut Real Estate Examiner who oversees licensee inquiries, complaints, and school\/course approvals among other things.
