All Connecticut licensees (salespersons and brokers) are required to complete the current mandatory course before renewing their license on even numbered renewal years (2024, 2026, etc).<\/p>\n<p>The Connecticut Real Estate Agency Law course is three credit hours and can be completed online, live or asynchronously (on-demand). Keep Me Certified is an online real estate school that is fully approved by DCP to offer this course (and other elective courses) on-demand. Our video-based continuing ed course can be completed 24\/7 in about 3 hours.<\/p>\n<p>Be sure to complete your CE 90 days before your license expires.
