Yes, Keep Me Certified is accredited by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. For your convenience our school certification is posted below and on our homepage.

No, each 2-hour module is split up in to three 40-minute segments. Each segment must be viewed in its entirety to receive credit.
The course is 12 hours long and registration takes approximately 2 minutes.
Yes, our system remembers where you left off so if you log out and back in to continue a video that you have not already completed, you can only fast forward to the furthest point in to the video that you’ve seen. You can do this by clicking in the timeline in the video progress bar in the video player. Upon completing the course there will be a link to your certificate above the video player and you will also receive that same link in an email within 10 minutes. Occasionally the email containing the certificate is filtered to your spam folder so be sure to check there as well.

If you have completed credits elsewhere, our fee covers up to 12 hours to be used towards your current renewal period. You cannot apply credits towards your upcoming/next renewal period. In other words, they cannot be “carried forward”. Even though we offer more than 12 hours worth of credits we do not issue credits for any additional courses you watch. Feel free to watch them anyway as they are educational.
Massachusetts agents and brokers are eligible to complete their 12 hours of continuing education online at any time. You don’t need to wait till the week before your license expires to get started.
Every two years agents need to complete 12 hours of certified courses. Once those courses have been completed a certificate will be emailed to you that can print and send in to the state.
Don’t worry, it just means you probably filled out that field incorrectly when you registered for the course. Send us a note with the appropriate information to correct the certificate and we will take care of it for you right away.

In the top right corner of every page, click the green “login” button. If the button says “log out” that means you’re already logged in and you will be able to see a “Course Library” link at the top of the page to the left of the logout button.
No problem, you are probably just typing it incorrectly. Your username is the username you created when you registered for the course, it is not your email address. Your password is private so we do not have access to it. To reset your password or have your username emailed to you, click the login button then click the “Lost your Password?” link. An email will be sent to you containing your username and a link to reset your password. You will also find your username on the confirmation email you received from us when you first registered.

Do not panic and there is no need to watch any videos more than once (unless you want to). There are three possible explanations: First, the green check will appear once you load the next video or refresh the page. Second, our system is setup to record a completion once the entire video is done playing. For example: If you’re watching a 40 minute video, please ensure that you are not starting the next video at 39 minutes and 40 seconds. If the video does not play through to the end it will only record to the furthest point you made it in to the video. Third, it is likely that the video was recorded as completed in our records so keep moving forward with watching more videos and once you complete 12 hours worth you’ll receive an email with a link to your certificate about 10 minutes after completing your last video.
Do not worry, it probably just means you lost your internet connection for a moment and therefore the video feed stopped coming to your device. Generally this is a “self-healing” process but if it does not fix itself you can refresh the page and even fast forward back to where you left off. If you are using a pc, the best way to refresh the page is by hitting control f5 on your keyboard, that does a full refresh on your browser. To fast forward, you can click on the “progress” bar located in the video player. “You’ve got mail!” …remember those days when you used to pay for minutes? You would be surprised to hear about the number of KMC users who still sign in to AOL to access our website and the internet in general. To be blunt, AOL is old and we do not support it. In other words, you must access our site/course from a different browser. We support every browser released in the past five years which includes Safari, Firefox, Chrome, IE 8 through 11, as well as the iPad, iPhone, and Android..
If you can view the video located on our homepage you will be able to view all of the videos. However, if you use aol to access our site, the course will not track your progress. Our course works on every browser released in the past 5 years. These include Safari, Firefox, Chrome, IE8,9,10,11, iPad, iPhone, Android.
Just refresh the page. If you are on a PC, push control f5 (the f5 key at the top of your keyboard) and start the video again. Our system will remember where you left off but in the case that it doesn’t pick up where you left off, you can fast forward to where you were.
