Attorney Kyle D. Smith Esq. is a Boston based real estate attorney, broker, and certified real estate instructor. Over the past 5 years Kyle has educated countless home-buyers, sellers, and investors on the laws, nuances, and process of conveying property here in Massachusetts. Kyle not only covers the core topics required to pass the test, but he also includes discussing many of the practical areas of the business that real estate agents need to learn prior to working with their first client.
The state allows us to deliver roughly half of the 40-hour course online through pre-recorded videos, so that's what we do. We found that it's much more convenient for our students to complete the course on their schedule.
Upon registering for our course you will have immediate access to our online library of course videos. In addition to completing our online videos, each student is required to attend a two-day online (in a private Facebook group) live streamed session. Upon completing the live streamed and online video sessions, you will receive your certificate and be eligible to sit for the exam.
