DO NOT panic, send us a note to support [at] keepmecertified.com or use the live chat feature in the bottom right of every page and you might be impressed at our response time. If we are not available at the moment to live chat, your message is forwarded to our email and we will send a reply to your email.
If you send us a note during normal business hours, we will get back to your very quickly and you might even be impressed. Keep in mind, when you send us a note through livechat, we reply to your email account so be sure to check your inbox. If you submit a note after normal business hours we are significantly quicker to respond than most and we still might impress you.
Please keep in mind that our support team is entirely in house and everyone is based in Boston. We kindly ask you to have a bit more restraint than you might if you thought you were dealing with “outsourced support”, we are humans too.
If something on our site isn’t working for you, do not panic! There is either a logical explanation for what you’re doing wrong or we’ll fix it. No need to write to us in all caps or end sentences with 20 exclamation marks…. unless you would like us to respond the same way.
