This class is offered completely online. Yes, you read that correctly, 100% online. We were one of the first schools to get approved by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. This is the same class that you previously would have had to complete in a physical classroom. Our instructor, Attorney Kyle Smith, teaches both the required and practical skills every real estate agent needs for a successful start in the industry. By injecting many of his personal experiences throughout the class, Kyle makes learning and retaining the important information you need to know enjoyable, educational, and interesting.
Attorney Kyle D. Smith Esq. is a Boston based real estate attorney, broker, and certified real estate instructor. Over the past 5 years Kyle has educated countless home-buyers, sellers, and investors on the laws, nuances, and process of conveying property here in Massachusetts. In our board approved salesperson exam prep course, Kyle likes to work a lot of personal stories in to the course topics to help students match up many of the concepts with real-world scenarios. Kyle not only covers the core topics required to pass the test, but he also covers many of the practical areas of the business that real estate agents need to learn prior to working with their first client.
Every student is invited to our private Facebook group. In the group is where students will access the live video stream and be able to interact in real-time with other students and the instructor during the class. Our private Facebook group is the best way to facilitate a live class. Facebook is easy to use and setting up a private group only for participants is a great way to keep all conversations, course videos and any shared materials in one location that's accessible from anywhere with an internet connection
