2020 is the first renewal year that requires TWO mandatory courses. Historically there has been one 3 credit hour mandatory topic per renewal period, but 2020 is the beginning of a new era. The state Department of Consumer Protection determined there was enough content licensees needed to be trained/refreshed on that they created two courses.
2020 Connecticut real estate continuing ed mandatory topic names:
CT Real Estate Agency Law Review & Fair Housing 1
CT Real Estate Agency Law Review & Fair Housing 2
Each Connecticut real estate continuing ed course is three credit hours and can be completed individually. Many schools and local associations offer courses individually, or together as a 12 credit package.
Keep Me Certified is a fully approved Connecticut real estate school offering mandatory and elective topics individually (online) for $15 each and separately as a 12 credit package.
