BIG NEWS! The Mandatory 2024-2026 Connecticut Real Estate License Law Class Is Now Approved For On Demand Delivery
The Connecticut Real Estate License Law course can now be taught asynchronously (on demand), effective immediately! This is new as of Feb 4, 2026. The Real Estate Commission met on Feb 4 and had a discussion to approve the next 2026-2028 renewal cycle. In doing so, they raised concern about the lack of available options
