How To Contact Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure
As a Massachusetts real estate school, we frequently get asked how to contact the MA DOL, and many times licensees call us thinking we are the Division of Occupational Licensure. Some refer to it as the Real Estate Commission, others refer to it as the Real Estate Department, but officially it is Massachusetts Division of Occupational Licensure. The MA DOL oversees all of the licensed trades in Massachusetts, including Real Estate. Most answers to licensee questions are already answered on the MA DOL website (links below), so be sure to check there first. It may be more efficient than waiting on hold. Below are helpful links and contact details:

1000 Washington Street, Suite 710, Boston, MA 02118 (7th floor if you visit in person)
For general questions or help with renewing your real estate license online via the Massachusetts elicense eplace portal, call the real estate division at (617)-727-2373 or (617) 701-8661. We recommend calling first thing in the morning before “the line” gets too long.
