June Massachusetts Real Estate Continuing Education Class ONLINE
Looking to complete your real estate continuing education before your license expires? There are a few things you should know about taking an online course. First, not all real estate schools are equal. Be sure to read reviews about them online and ask your co-workers for recommendations. Second, prices vary significantly. Almost every online real estate school in Massachusetts is certified by the Board of Professional Licensure but inexplicably, they’re not all competitively priced. Prices can be as low as $55 to as high as $129. Don’t think that you’re getting a better quality by paying more.
Real Estate Licenses expire on the licensees birthday which for some unlucky agents and brokers happens to fall in June. It is unlucky because this is one of the busier times of the year for an agent. Busy agents don’t enjoy having to take time out of their schedule to sit through a continuing ed class. At least the course can be taken online!
Keep Me Certified is a Massachusetts online real estate school that offers the board approved 12-hour ce course. Agents can watch the videos on their computer, laptop, ipad and even listen from their iphone while driving in their car. The entire course costs $55 and can be watched all at once or in short segments whichever is easier for you.
