Nearing the end of the year, real estate licensed agents (along with everybody else) get busy and sidetracked. You can’t postpone your birthday and you certainly cant ask Santa to renew your real estate license for you.  If your real estate license is expiring soon, make sure to complete the required continuing ed and submit your renewal form to the state.
