BIG NEWS! The Mandatory 2024-2026 Connecticut Real Estate License Law Class Is Now Approved For On Demand Delivery

CT Real Estate License Law courseThe Connecticut Real Estate License Law course can now be taught asynchronously (on demand), effective immediately!

This is new as of Feb 4, 2026. The Real Estate Commission met on Feb 4 and had a discussion to approve the next 2026-2028 renewal cycle. In doing so, they raised concern about the lack of available options for CT real estate licensees to enroll in a live/Zoom mandatory class for the current 2024-2026 cycle, due in part to a potential instructor shortage.

To succinctly summarize the conversation, it resulted in the Commission voting to allow the current CT Real Estate License Law course to be taught on demand going forward. Included below is the recording from the Commission meeting originally posted on the official DCP Youtube channel. The discussion about the current and next mandatory course lasted about 20 minutes and the vote occurred at the 24:20 mark.
