Steps to check the status of a Connecticut Real Estate License:

  1. Go to the State of Connecticut’s elicensing portal.
  2. Fill out the first name and last name field
  3. Click the blue Search button

To renew a Connecticut real estate license:

Connecticut licensed real estate agents and brokers need to complete 12 credit hours of state approved continuing ed credits every two years (on even numbered years).
