How to Renew a South Carolina Real Estate License Online in 2019

With over 20,000 real estate agents in South Carolina, you are not the only one wondering where and if you can renew your real estate license online. The answer is: YES.

Every two years real estate agents must complete 10 credit hours worth of SC approved real estate continuing education courses in order to keep their license active. As required by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, the required continuing ed course for the current renewal period is titled 3 P’s of Professionalism. Real estate licensees are required to complete the required topic worth 4 credit hours and 6 additional credit hours of elective topics.

Luckily, these courses do not need to be completed in a formal classroom setting. Keep Me Certified School of Real Estate offers continuing education classes online, so you can complete your 10 hours from any location.  In fact, the courses can also be watched on your iPhone or iPad. Our website allows you to start and stop the course whenever you want, so you can complete your South Carolina continuing education requirement at your leisure.
