New Hampshire – Post Licensing Requirements (Updated Dec 2023)

[This article has been updated as of December 2023]. As a New Hampshire approved real estate school, we receive numerous inquiries from licensees about renewing their NH real estate license. Previously there were special continuing ed requirements for your first renewal cycle. Those rules NO LONGER APPLY. You need to complete 15 credits every two years before your license expires. Three of those credits must be the current NH CORE course. Keep Me Certified is a NH OPLC approved real estate school offering continuing ed licensees can use towards renewing their real estate license. This is an excerpt directly from the NH OPLC website:

RSA 331-A:25, IX was recently amended to require the Commission to require salespersons renewing for the first time to complete electives in specified topics. OPLC understands the Commission intends to engage in rulemaking to satisfy this requirement. Until such time, any licensee satisfying the statutory requirements of RSA 331-A:20 by completing 12 accredited elective courses shall be deemed to have satisfied the regulatory requirements for continuing education.
