Student Reviews: “Customer Happyness Report” for Keep Me Certified
Another week has flown by and we’ve had dozens of new students register and start taking our course. That means it’s time for our weekly “happyness report”. The saying “no news is good news” is actually great news. By “news” I’m referring to issues or problems our students have had with the site. Aside from the expected “I forgot my username” and “why can’t I hear the audio on the video (because the volume on your computer is off), there hasn’t been any notable issues. Actually, that’s not entirely true. There were a couple of days last week when our Firefox users weren’t able to automatically pick up where they left off if they left the course in the middle of a video. That was temporarily fixed by telling those (3) users who experienced this to switch to any other browser. Now we’re back up and running full speed ahead!
If you’re debating whether or not you want to take our course, bring up our course with your co-workers and ask them if they’ve used our website to complete their continuing ed. We’re currently running a fall special, $55 for 12 hours. There are no quizzes or tests because we think that’s annoying and if you want to listen and learn, you will. Nobody can or should force you to learn anything you don’t want to learn and making real estate agents takes quizzes and tests seems a bit silly. It’s continuing ed, everyone should know everything already anyway, right? If you’ve already taken our course then you can attest to the amount of knowledge and personal experiences Michael, our instructor, packs in to his 2 hour topics.
Luckily, the customer happyness report doesn’t have much to report this week so if you’re ready to take our course click Keep Me Certified to be taken to our course website. If you have any questions please reach out to us on our contact form or our live chat option which you can find on our site at keepmecertified.com.
