The mandatory continuing ed course for the current 2024-2026 renewal cycle must be completed either live-online (eg zoom) or in a physical classroom. This course, CT Real Estate License Law, is a three credit course that takes about three hours to complete. The challenge will be finding an available class to join before the CE deadlines. Many licensees may remember a couple cycles ago having to complete the Understanding Racial Bias course in a live classroom or live-online. Don’t wait until the last minute to try finding an available seat in a class.

Where to complete the CT Mandatory continuing ed course for the 2024-2026 cycle:
Keep Me Certified is an online real estate school approved by Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (License RCE.0555). We offer the CT Real Estate License Law course via Zoom 2-4 times per month. In the months leading up to the continuing ed deadline we will be offering this course 4-6 times per month with a combination of days, evenings, and weekend sessions. We also offer a complete catalog of on-demand elective topics to choose from. Check out our offering on our website here.

How can I select a Zoom session to attend?
We schedule our zoom courses a few weeks in advance, so depending on when you read this there may be many zoom sessions still to be scheduled. Once enrolled in our course you will have access to the latest schedule and we will also send a reminder email to everyone enrolled a day or two before each session. You don’t have to enroll in a specific session in advance, just show up using the zoom link available in the course at the scheduled time and we will be happy to have you.

Are there any special rules for this Zoom course?
This is a continuing ed course in a regulated industry, we expect everyone to be professional – simple. No sleeping, no working behind the register at your job, be professional, and you must remain on camera the entire time. You don’t have to speak, but you do have to be present during the entire course. If you are inappropriately rude you will get booted. We haven’t had to do that yet, but there are plenty of people who still have trouble getting their camera started at the beginning of class and unfortunately they have to join a future sessions if can’t get it straightened out pretty quickly.  That said, it’s a great course – see our reviews. There is a lot of content to cover, the active engagement is enjoyable, and we have historically taken the full three hours to cover everything.
