The 2024-26 license renewal requirements are new and we will outline the important updates in this article. First and foremost are the new deadlines.
CT Broker deadlines:
Complete your continuing ed by Aug 30, 2026
Renew your CT real estate license by May 31, 2026
Renewal Fee: $758 paid to the state at renewal
Late Fee: $75
CT Salespersons deadlines:
Complete your continuing ed by Feb 28, 2026
Renew you CT real estate license by Nov 30, 2026
Renewal Fee: $578 Paid to the state at renewal
Late Fee: $50
The current 2024-2026 renewal cycle requires one 3-credit Mandatory course titled Connecticut Real Estate License Law. The mandatory course must be completed live or live-online via a platform like Zoom.
