Connecticut Real Estate Continuing Education Dates For 2024

2024 brings many changes to Connecticut’s real estate regulations. One of them is the new license expiration deadline, which is no longer the same as the continuing education deadline. For many years the real estate license expiration date and continuing education deadline were the same.

In Connecticut, Brokers and Salespersons have historically had separate deadlines to complete their continuing ed. They still have separate dates, but it’s a little more complicated than that.

The 2024 continuing education deadline for Connecticut Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons is 90 days before their license expiration date. This means all CT licensees must complete all of their continuing ed credits 90 days prior to their license expiring. Yes, we just said the same thing twice in a row because it’s important. Please share this with your colleagues – it is new and different from the way it has been done in the past.

CT Real Estate Salespersons Dates:
Continuing Education must be completed on or before Feb 28, 2024
